General Terms 

These General Terms and Conditions must be agreed to by you prior to any purchase, this is accomplished and acknowledged by you by clicking the check box on the order page that indicates you agree to the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you cannot use this Site and/or/to purchase any products or services through this Site. There might be instances in which changes to these Terms and Conditions or the Site or specific policies and conditions of the Site and sales that occur from the Site with Facefurniture, it is your responsibility to read through these Terms and Conditions upon each interaction with the Site to be certain you fully understand the rules and regulations governing usage of this Site and purchases on this Site and post-purchase protocols. Your continued access or use of the Site shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.

Credit Card Payments
 
When placing an order, the billing address given must be the same as that registered with your credit card company. To process your order more efficiently, we also request a land line telephone number (not a mobile). Please note, we never disclose customer information to any third party.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

In consideration of your usage of this Site, you agree to: provide accurate and complete personal information as required by the order page ("Account Information") and update your personal information to keep the Account Information current, accurate and complete. If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have plausible suspicions that such information is inaccurate, incomplete or untrue we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current and future use of the Site including, but not limited to, sales resulting from the site. In such a case, your account information and/or other information about you that we have gathered through your interaction with the Site will remain the property of Facefurniture but will not be distributed to any third party. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We have made every effort on the Site to display the dimensions and colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, the colors you see in our products will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We do not warrant that the product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by the Site is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it unused and with the full contents in accordance with our return policy below.

PURCHASING POLICY

Prescription Information

You hereby agree and certify that the prescription you use to order prescription lenses is a valid prescription. By placing an order on the Site, you present the information you enter into the Site is correct, valid and true, and matches your prescription exactly as provided by your eye care provider. You further certify that you will renew your prescription in strict accordance with your eye care provider's suggested regiment. You understand that Facefurniture will not guarantee your order as to the terms set forth below unless you have a valid prescription. You hereby agree that Facefurniture.co.uk and its representatives may contact your eye care provider with any questions, comments, or concerns in regards to your prescription.

*Upon submitting your order the "Submit your Prescription" allows you to enter your prescription details within the required fields, If the customers prescription is out of this range (sphere & cyl)  there will be an additional charge for the prescription lenses. You (the customer has the option to upload your prescription details) upon which a representative at Facefurniture will contact you with details of the additional cost. *

When you are fitted for eyeglasses by your eye care practitioner, they should provide you with a paper copy of your prescription with your pupillary distance included (PD). Keep in mind that eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions can be different, so you should ensure that you are ordering the parameters for your eyeglasses and not contact lenses. When entering your prescription it is your responsibility to enter it correctly, including but not limited to the pupillary distance (PD). If a PD is not entered, Facefurniture will assume an average PD and utilize that, however in doing so, you agree that you forfeit all rights of return for a full refund (To the value ordered) and will only be granted store credit or an exchange in accordance with the rule above should the prescription be deemed faulty or inaccurate.

We do not accept NHS Vouchers 

Shipping Method


When you place your order, you have a choice in your shipping method. Priority shipping can take up to approximately 14 business days from the date of shipment. Delays in shipment due to the fault of the carrier will not result in a refund of shipment cost. Additional local taxes may be applied which will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays


It is important that you enter your address correctly as our mailing program will not capitalize, punctuate, or space for you. If your package is to arrive at a commercial address – like an office – please indicate that your eyeglasses are to be delivered in care of the 
Order Confirmation & Delivery Time. 
 
You will receive an email to confirm your order at the point of placing an order, once you’re payment has been accepted. Please note that although we aim to deliver within 7 days, this timeframe is approximate and you may receive items within 24 hours of placing your order if they are in stock in our main warehouse. When an item is low in stock delivery timeframe may be extended beyond 7 days.
 
 
Customer's Right To Cancel
 
You have the right to cancel your order up to a maximum of 7 days from the day after you receive your order. You must notify us of this intent in writing by contacting us at: Facefurniture, 11 Lower Hey, Thornton, Liverpool L23 9UR email: Info@facefurniture.co.uk. Any return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
 
Prices
 
We reserve the right to change our prices immediately if there is any further change in the VAT rate or if there is a major change in the value of the pound against other currencies which could affect some imported items.
